Dave Menne’s Northway Gym is open to the public and offers world class instruction in mixed martial arts (MMA).  Personalized programs are established for our students based on experience, ability, work ethic, and goals.  Beginners MMA, and Co-Ed Conditioning classes now forming.
1 Hour Classes – Striking, Grappling, Conditioning, Beginners MMA.
Monthly and Per Session Rates
No Membership Contracts
Private instruction with Dave Menne and/or other Qualified Instructors available.
Northway is located near outdoor trails for biking & running
